1. Wash the rice in water.
2. Keep the rice in water about for 30-60 minutes.
(summer: 30 mins / winter: 60 mins)
3. Drain off the rice with the strainer.
4. Put the rice into the rice cooker and add 400mL of water.
5. heat the rice cooker over moderate heat for 15 minutes.
(add to heat for a few minutes if the rice is not completed.)
