Refunds and Returns
Q: Can I return an item I purchased?
A: We can only accept return & refund in case products you placed order are defective which is not caused by your side (caused in our factories or during transportation).
Please send us photos which show the defective clearly within 7 days after you receive the products. If you purchased products with a discount, the discounted amount that you originally paid will be refunded only. (not the full retail product price) After you have our acceptance, please send back the defective products to us by EMS or our designated forwarder attached with no commercial invoice.For more information about return & refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org .
Q: My order was damaged in transit can I return it for a replacement?
A: Yes. We try to package all products so that they are not damaged in transit. The goods must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered but not later than 7 days. You must inform us by email with some photos which show defective clearly before returning back the Goods.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Within 14 days after we receive the defective items. If you do not receive an email notification after 14 days, please contact us.
Q: I would like to cancel my order. Where's my refund?
A: We cannot accept any cancellations after receiving your payment.
